They have the city residential garbage pick up. The balding man with glasses is rude as I had a can that was near the weight limit. Completely unprofessional human being. I think the city should look at their contract.

May 19, 2021Just a warning. Don't sign the contract. It is not legal and has no end point. We signed with previous owners for 3 years. That was 4 years ago and the new owner is combative and wants $1400 to get out of the contract. I think I'll wait until he goes bankrupt.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Lady on the phone was so incredibly rude. Yelling at me for asking why I was charged for an empty bin during a lockdown. Unbelievable. Trying to do business local and with small businesses but rudeness like this makes it really hard.

From quick extra pick ups if we needed them to our rep stopping in to see how things are going. I highly recommend. I’ve used other companies in the past and haven’t received anything close to the great costumer service I have from this company. Five stars for sure!
