Employees make up endless excuses (outside of their pickup conditions), or are rude when even asking about rolloff service etc. Management is rude and unprofessional, bordering outright hostile. Take your business elsewhere and push City Hall for other options such as in-house waste collection like other municipalities.

He is extraordinary in many ways - punctual, good natured & friendly, helpful and always has a friendly wave. He should be considered as a very valuable employee to your company.
