Employees make up endless excuses (outside of their pickup conditions), or are rude when even asking about rolloff service etc. Management is rude and unprofessional, bordering outright hostile. Take your business elsewhere and push City Hall for other options such as in-house waste collection like other municipalities.

May 24, 2025If I could give a 0 star I would. Lady on the phone was so incredibly rude. Yelling at me for asking why I was charged for an empty bin during a lockdown. Unbelievable. Trying to do business local and with small businesses but rudeness like this makes it really hard.
